Caroline Ehler is the founder of Gen Z Equity, teaching young people how to build wealth through real estate. Caroline is a multifamily and commercial real estate investor with almost 500 GP units. She originally started her career in tech sales at IBM, and on the side was briefly a realtor and operated a digital marketing company. Now she leverages her sales and digital marketing backgrounds to help other people to invest in real estate!

Caroline has lived in northern Virginia, outside of Washington DC for 21 years. Before she pursued real estate, she graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Computer Science. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys traveling, fashion, event planning, scuba diving, and volunteering at her church.
